chair is slightly on the higher side, unable to make lower even after 3 presses of adjustment. but chair is good quality and worth for its price. preorder took about 3 weeks and reached me pre-installed. delivery was good, communication was good. no issues so far. good product. paid via COD which is an excellent choice for skeptics. price is slightly high at $117.
